Super rude staff and worst service… they refused my same business check they were accepting from last 2 years with no reason and telling me to come next day upon their given time I have multiple accounts with them including business from more than decade but time to move.. they dnt know how to keep loyal customers.
Poor customer service. Employees acted like it was a bother than I was there trying to conduct business. 5 employees there and I had to wait over 20 minutes for service.
So a series of irritating issues occurred. Fort one, the bank turned off the mobile apps for many day. While they did warn us, this happened right as I was leaving the country. So Ofcourse I get my card stolen. But while out of country I cannot call them. The app is down so I can’t use card controls to turn my card off. And the bank has no alternative customer service options. This is not the first issue I’ve had with this bank but it is certainly the last. I will be switching banks when I get back.
