In my opinion you should Avoid Atlantic Transfer like the plague! Giving them one star is generous. First and foremost, the company's President is rude and has poor customer service. They didn't show up on time and then didn't call to make us aware of any delays. They signed a contract and got paid to do a full moving job that they did not complete. They were paid to unload boxes, unpack boxes, assemble all furniture that was disassembled by the pack out company and then remove all debris. They unloaded the boxes (300+), unp... read more

Called and left messages over a few days. Never returned a call. I would not use this business as they will not return phone calls, or pick up their phone.

This company is all talk and no action. They don't show up until late morning and are incredibly slow. One of the crates they brought for our overseas move was completely broken. Their crew has been here since 10am and not a single box has been loaded as of 250pm. I've spoken with the company president twice and she asked me to give them a chance. That's nice when it's not your stuff getting loaded.

The company had unrealistic expectations of what they could accomplish in one day and were unprepared 2 days in a row. They did not have proper packing materials or moving capacity. They were more concerned with the weight in the crate than the care of my personal items. The president of the company did not care about concerns expressed by the customer. All furniture items were marked as soiled, stained and/or scratched which was not accurate. No defects were pointed out to the customer. Many of the staff were unprofessional... read more
