I wanted an extendable Stihl hedge trimmer to trim my 5 pine trees on my property line and went to this place 3 months ago to inquire about it. The young man informed me that they could not order this specifically but did tell me that they would have some coming in sometime soon. He informed me that he would call me once they received the trimmer. I never received a call and I never was given a status of my trimmer. I ordered a few special order parts and they came in within 24 hours. The parts representative Clay called me as soon as parts were in. It is refreshing to work with a dealer who is on top of it and you don't have to chase to get your parts. Great job Clay and I will purchase from you again.
Took our jd zero turn for a 52 point inspection check up. Got it back home and they never caught the belt needing changed and still has oil leak. Won't be taking it back. Under new ownership and all the employees seem miserable.
