Atlantic tractor is the biggest monopoly to ever enter the farming industry. From unreliable service technicians to lack luster communication from everybody inside the building. They won’t call you if you order a part, they won’t call you if a service on a machine is complete. They will charge you 3% on credit, they will tell you go elsewhere for hydraulic service, they will overcharge on labor and parts. This 5 star review goes directly to one employee. Due to an error I made when registering a Deere tractor I purchased from Lowe's, after multiple calls to Deere directly with no success, referred to this dealer and passed around to several employees at this business, until I fortunately landed with Rachel Kroeger Armes. Rachel handled this in the most professional patient manner, communicating with me every day until she resolved the issue directly with Deere.
