This should be a "TEN stars Review." Around 7:50 am, after looking at the mow deck in my SUV, Ms. Robbin was very cordial and efficient in finding the "42 in. mower: 'mower deck idler sheave bracket' " on the computer. After I paid for the new bracket, she was very kind to replace the 'deformed bracket' for me. She makes customers feel at home, and being looked after. I am glad that I bought my John Deere tractor from this store. (4/28/2025 Mon. 7:50 am)

Spent $4200 on John Deere X380 with 4yr or 300 hr warranty. When actuator for mulcher stopped working was charged $250 because wire had worn against belt on deck. Tech told me he had rerouted wire and installed new actuator. Counter person told "of course it wasn't covered by warranty". Tractor was less than 2 years old and had 87 hrs. Called John Deere and was told they couldn't do anything or review because I had already paid bill. 2 nd time we stopped here for a generic type part and they ask what’s it on and because it’s not a deer they ask for a parts number. For crying out loud it’s a simple part and they refuse to go see if they can match something up. Waste of local town space, hire employees that actually want to work.

Whiteford MD location. Called to get a set of pallet forks. "We have 70 but none at this location. I can have a set transferred here tomorrow (Wednesday)." So I said I'll be down Thursday (50 miles, 1 way) to pick them up. If they don't show up for some reason just call me. Nobody called, I make the drive, the pallet forks only have one tine. He found the other tine but no locking pin and none in stock. If you have 70 in stock MAYBE ORDER MORE THAN ONE BUSTED SET FOR THE CUSTOMER!?!?!?

Wow, seemed like a good selection of lawn equipment available. I looked at a used lawn tractor on the site that was listed with 150 hours. talked to the sales staff several times even specifically mentioning the 150 hours. So I took an hour drive to see the tractor and the hour meter says 230 hours, they made some excuse about the ad being wrong. I was disappointed with the bait and switch.
