My recent experience was characterized by predatory pricing, poor workmanship, and a total lack of professional accountability. My concerns include: • Egregious Overcharging: I was charged over $900 for what was supposed to be standard minor service. Always have parts in stock and great customer service
Went in to grab a 2 inch by 5/8th clevis pin. The person behind the counter needed a part number. This pin hold my trailer to my hitch so I couldn't give that info. When I jokingly asked if she could just type in "clevis pin" she gave a me attitude. I decided to purchase online. I give this place a chance every once in a while because of location but they constantly let me down.
