I can’t say enough about the Atlantic tractor service center at Oxford! They are honest, prompt, and do whatever is requested. People get annoyed, but I can tell you it’s for ridiculous reasons.
Ordered on line everyone was very nice when I went to pick up
Parts service is awfull. I was waiting for 45 miuntes to talk to a parts rep and finally hung up and called the service and complained and a lady put me through to a parts rep who was very helpful , then I got disconected and tried to call back in and have been waiting on hold for another 40 minutes, very frustrating. Managment, your phone system must be broke. I would rate with less stars if I could.
