Great place to do business.
I went in to get a kit for my s100 to do the oil, air filter, fuel filter, etc. i read a review that said, “they act like they are doing you a favor by taking your money”. Thats how i felt. It seemed like they were annoyed I was there and no one was there. I even tried being courteous saying i could pay with card if they didnt have the $3 change. (No acknowledgement) I gave them $50 for the kit which was $46 and some change. I got handed back $13 and some change. I said sir you gave me $10 too much. No “thanks for your hones... read more

Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. From the moment I walked in the parts department had an attitude. Before I could even get my question out they snapped and suggested I go elsewhere before we could even have a conversation. It is common knowledge around Oxford that they’re useless and don’t want the business, it is clearly my mistake for even trying.
I was in dire need of a new mower deck for my 20 year old X300. I contacted my local J.D. dealer and all they could offer me was the "shell"( deck) for over a grand. I contacted Atlantic Tractor in Oxford and talked to a nice sales woman and she had about the same offer. But, she said she could transfer me to the sales department and put me in contact with David Everett and he came up with the complete deck with everything you need, even had brand new blades on it.
