We have many John Deere Engines working hard! Atlantic Tractor is cheerfully behind the counter never failing with the right repair parts or instructions,
This company is horrible. They consistently overcharge for parts and service. $170 an hour for unqualified mechanics is absurd. Parts inventory is very limited, so they just ship everything at the customer’s expense plus a hefty mark up. I’m also not happy to report that Atlantic Tractor has been taking exorbitant profits on trade in equipment, while asking crazy stupid expensive prices for new Deere equipment. Quick service and very professional
not impressed with the parts staff, they had the knowledge, but not the great customer service that I expected.
Parts guys are good & knowledgeable. Service dept is responsive as well. I've had 2 JD lawn tractors in my life & it's true, nothing runs like a Deere. My first was a 110 with an original delivery ticket of June, 1965. It was still functioning well when I sold it in 1995.
