Whiteford MD location. Called to get a set of pallet forks. "We have 70 but none at this location. I can have a set transferred here tomorrow (Wednesday)." So I said I'll be down Thursday (50 miles, 1 way) to pick them up. If they don't show up for some reason just call me. Nobody called, I make the drive, the pallet forks only have one tine. He found the other tine but no locking pin and none in stock. If you have 70 in stock MAYBE ORDER MORE THAN ONE BUSTED SET FOR THE CUSTOMER!?!?!?
