Was supposed to pick up here at 2pm. It became 5pm. There was a miscommunication somewhere. Scott C. was wonderful & polite. The parts hadn't arrived yet. Came back at 430 & got loaded within 10 minutes. Thanks for being so fast & so nice. Wish a lot more places were like this.
