My partner and I lived at ASW for 2 years and decided not to renew our lease primarily due to commute reasons. But overall we had a good experience at ASW - good amenities with a great gym, in-unit W/D that works very well, and package room with a cold storage area; very convenient NYC commute for anyone who works near Grand Central; nice maintenance and other staff (shoutout to Manny); and extremely reasonable rent, with rent increases that are equal to or less than market rate. I have been living at Atlantic Station West since it opened. The location is amazing, the amenities are beautiful, and the floor-to-ceiling windows are the best feature. The manager, Dave, has always been very friendly and helpful. Fully recommend
I have lived at Atlantic Station West for the past year and absolutely loved my experience. If you need anything, go to David Tanis - he is incredible and always made us feel welcomed and answered all of our questions. Such a great community and I always felt very safe.
I moved in about a month ago now and it’s been a great experience so far. The staff, both in the leasing team and those who helped with my move-in, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The concierge team also continues to be very welcoming as I come and go and with package delivery assistance. The building itself is very well maintained. All of the appliances are new and work well.
