I wish this information had been made available to me before I moved in. Unfortunately, my experience so far has not matched the price point or expectations set by the property. Upon moving in, I encountered multiple issues: the kitchen sink collapsed, causing water damage; the washer had a strong mold odor; and the overall paint job throughout the unit appeared rushed and low quality. Garage has been broken for almost 2 weeks
Building’s management is a disaster after transferred to Bozzuto. 1. Electric lock went out of power with no monitor, notice, or replace in advance. Locked out for 2 hours on Friday night! 2. Never get email notification for packages. Management didn’t reply to email and can’t resolve it.
Very rude front desk staff. The gentlemen are nice but the lady is not. I left something in the lobby and I called the front desk to check for me in 10 min while I am on my way to airport. She refused to help and rudely hanged up my phone call without listening to me. Update on 7/18/2025 The property just changed a different management company Bozzuto.
