Gates rarely work. Residents pay 100+ a month for parking and being told to park on the street. Impossible to get in the garage because the street is full with cars.
0 stars- we could not get out with our ticket. Then we finally got a pass that works and the door shut before we could exit. The assistance button at the door and pre pay station did not work. Google phone number directs you to ads and not an actually department for assistance. Finally a person who worked at the restaurant we went to helped and turns out another car was stuck waiting too so she helped them as well. Very inconvenient garage to say the least.
