Good folks in the service department. Got me in right away for an emergency fix, and didn’t beat me over the head price wise. Would definitely use them again.
9/4/2024. Arrived at the store at 4:55pm worker refused to allow me to buy a trailer door handle that was on the shelf because they were supposedly already closed. I told him it wasn’t 5pm yet. He just continue to state they were closed, he followed me out and drove out faster then I can leave. Terrible customer service. Let’s not mention that I was calling since 4:30 and guy wouldn’t answer. Just terrible you guys need to fire that man! Drove from Hartford waste of time
