RecommendedAfter waiting 2 months for a Spa from a competitor,we stopped into Atlantic Spas to check inventory. Tara was absolutely amazing!!! She understood the trials,and tribulations we went thru trying to buy a Spa from her competition. Lucky for us, Tara had one Spa in Raleigh available!! Tara stuck to her word, and our new Spa was delivered, and filled with water by 3 pm the next day!!!!
Atlantic Spa & Billiards is the best! Their staff is top notch with customer service and product knowledge. My wife and I frequent this awesome place and will continue to do so for great product selection. ASB, you rock!
Great customer service!!!! We bought a Hot Springs Aria hot tub from Atlantic Spas & Billiards in Wilmington NC a year ago. The corner of the spa is getting spider cracks so I called the manufacturer to report my problem. Hot Springs never bothered to return my call never mind help me with my problem. So where is the great customer service you ask.
