By far the best security company and most of all customer service. I didn't understand what my keypad was saying and needed to arm my house to go on vacation. Kim and Cary in the office quickly rerouted a Technician to my house and helped me out and I made my flight. I recommend everyone to use them. Totally the best!!
I called on November 6 with a warranty repair for my central vac system installed by Atlantic Smart. Today is November 17, and I have received zero communication concerning the issue. Do not expect Atlantic Smart to service your product after they install it. They will gladly take your money. But they won't stand behind the product.
