I have had two sleep studies done at this facility. Everyone was very nice and the facility was very clean. But they screwed up both studies and now I have to have another done. It’s been six months since the first study. The wheels of healthcare are slow to stay to say the least. Needless to say I am not going back to Atlanticare again. It is not easy for me to plan a “night out”. I take care of my Mother who is 96 years old so I need to make arrangements for a caregiver in addition to everything else. This place is the worst. My Dad had a sleep study done on 12/5/24. He was billed for a second sleep study on 12/15/24. He was not there on 12/15. Calls to Atlanticare billing went nowhere. They opened a case & closed it without any explanation. I called the actual sleep lab and spoke to a manager by the name of Keriann. She asked me to email her a copy of the bill.
