Would not return.. When booking an appointment, they neglect to tell you that you are required to return the device before 10am the next day. This didn't work for me as I commuted an hour 1 way to get there and had appointments the next day in the opposite direction. Was able to get it dropped off by my neighbour, only to be told that the unit malfunctioned and I needed to return and get tested again.. Will not be returning.... This is not a place where you go to speak to a doctor, just a "technician" perhaps...
I have received such extreme professionalism while attending this clinic. Administrator ( Kim) is by far the very best at her job. She welcomes you and makes you feel like an old friend from the moment you walk in. The individual that relates all information for sleep study and sleep apnea devices is such a pleasure to work with. Information is related in a way that is easy to understand.
