The communication with this company is horrendous! They send the same robotic email instead of just asking for a photo and when I call to speak to someone I’m met with a rude lady on the other end. This place needs to work on its customer service. Hasn’t anyone ever heard of picking up a phone and calling people? Are you looking for business or not? Feel like a need to chase down these people for a week to even get any sort of reply!
They do excellent work on patio furniture. Grace, the front desk manager is very detailed and gracious. Use them when you need them!
They did an exceptional job in repairing our teak patio umbrella which had fallen down in the wind. I can’t even tell apart the replaced teak parts from the original ones. Scheduling pick up and drop off was quick and easy.
