Had a system installed 6 months ago. Now having issues with air handler. I called multiple times and left messages. Not a single return phone call. Definitely do not recommend. Horrible customer service.
The techs diagnosed the issue and ordered the part. Came back the next day and had us up and running. Thanks very much!!
We went a couple rounds with another company. A popular one at that. But they really upcharge on everything and I believe not so honest. So I called Atlantic Shores Air as I had a quote from them before. They were much less on the new AC than the other company and everything was the same. Caden is awesome he’s very professional, hard-working, and knows what he’s doing. They were here early in the morning to install a new AC and we’re done a little noon. I "inherited" Caden and Atlantic Shores when I purchased my villa and I could not be more pleased. Caden was pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful, and informative. He had just installed a new HVAC system and I hired him to vacuum all my vents and replace a screw-in grill with one where I could more easily access and change the filter. He and crew showed up on time, consistently, were always easy to reach and ever so helpful with any problems or questions that I had.
