Horrible customer service. Our appointment was scheduled for the afternoon--for which I adjusted my work schedule. That morning they called and said that due to an earlier cancellation they wanted to see if they could come earlier given my location. I informed them that I would not be able to accommodate an earlier appointment because I was at work. They said ok and the call ended.
