They stole my deposit! Joss came out and gave me a estimate for 7k. I gave him the deposit. Then a couple months go by joss called back and said the water table is too high, now we need to put the drain field in closer to the surface, add a pump, and its going to need a more dirt to cover it. He said its gonna cost 10k. I said ok send me the new estimate. He never did. They won't answer the phone or return my call. Don't waste your time.

I have been doing business with Joss and Atlantic septic for years. The work they do is very detailed and has to be detailed and follow very specific guidelines for the dig out the quality of the products and the follow-through. These guys are great at all of the above I highly recommend them.

We got amazing service from Joss and his team! It turned out our drain field was now at the water line due water levels remaining high after storms/hurricanes. So, they had to replace our septic tank and install new drain field higher than prior one. It all worked out great and we can flush toilets, do laundry, run dish washer again like all the cool people do. Thanks again!!!!!
