BEWARE!!! Very bad business, I signed a rental agreement on 5 Feb 2025, and on 9 May 2025, exactly 93 days later they sent me a letter stating that my monthly fee will increase from $121 a month to $271 a month, yes, a $150 increase. I'm not the only person with this situation and the biggest problem is that corporate do not care. Unfortunately, I'll be moving in 30 days.
