We have had great service with Atlantic Self Storage. Great location, efficient staff, and easy access to our units. Very clean and safe. 😃
I've never had a bad experience here. The facility is always very clean. I felt my things were safe because it is secure, code at the door and elevator. The office staff were always very nice and helpful.
Nice place excellent costumer service
Do not use this business. There was some recent storms last week and my mothers storage unit on the 3rd floor was flooded. They offered a storage unit instead on the 2nd floor. My mother had to move everything herself as they did not assist her to move out of the flooded unit. They offered no compensation for damaged items, they offered no discounts for this inconvenience such as reduced rental fees to compensate for damaged items and moving the items to another storage unit that was not damaged by water.
