Nice place excellent costumer service
Do not use this business. There was some recent storms last week and my mothers storage unit on the 3rd floor was flooded. They offered a storage unit instead on the 2nd floor. My mother had to move everything herself as they did not assist her to move out of the flooded unit. They offered no compensation for damaged items, they offered no discounts for this inconvenience such as reduced rental fees to compensate for damaged items and moving the items to another storage unit that was not damaged by water.
The facility is fine. However, the cost of my second-floor 10X10 unit doubled in three years with no added service or benefit. I found a ground-floor unit in a newer facility for less money.
Stay away! We moved our belongings to the Greenbriar location in April 2024 and from the very beginning there were multiple red flags – poor customer service and zero accountability by Mr. Moe who was nowhere to be found when the code he gave us to get into the unit did not work after driving a fully loaded 26’ truck for five hours on a Saturday.
