Absolutely Unacceptable. You Cannot Rely on This Facility. We rent both a boat parking space and a third-floor storage unit at this facility. One of the main reasons we chose it was the advertised 24-hour access. Unfortunately, our experience has shown that this promise is meaningless. Tonight, we loaded an entire truck with extremely heavy items and drove to the storage facility, only to find a sign stating that the elevator was out of service “due to the storm.” There was no storm, no bad weather, and no indication from an... read more
