Not very happy. Payment was double dipped for Mar 2017. Said first payment returned due to insurance requirement but it never returned to my account nor did I receive it via USPS. As a disabled senior I am on a very limited income. I cannot afford these shenanigans. Also monthly notices/statements contain a virus which neither my phone nor the laptop will allow to download. I have reported this every month since Jan 2017 but still no corrective action.
