I’m writing this because today’s interaction with Atlantic Security was so unprofessional that it genuinely shocked me. Months ago, I called Atlantic for a quote on a system. I decided to keep researching, because unlike many customers, I don’t jump into expensive security decisions blindly. I have had Atlantic Security for the past eight years. I just signed up for four more .This company has gone above and beyond to help . My husband and I are from an older generation and from time to time we don’t do things properly on our security system. Atlantic Security is always there to help. I feel safe in my home and secure in the knowledge that I have fire and smoke detection above and beyond the home smoke detectors. Called on 9/23 to cancel service due to moving. The lady I spoke with said to fill out the form emailed to me and she would get it processed within the week as we had moved and someone else was going to be moving in to our home. Come the first week of October, we were billed again. When I called to inquire about it, the gentleman I spoke with became defensive referencing to their 30 day notice policy. Atlantic Security has provided services to our original business location for several years. Due to stellar serivce, we opted to use them again at our new location. The installer was very professional and polite. Best part-he left the areas he worked in as clean, if not cleaner, than they were we he arrived.
