Wow, they must be the jiffy lube of rv repair. I offered them good work and a list of things and because I’m paying cash they don’t want to touch it. Sad!
While they weren’t able to do the repairs, they offered valuable insight into our vehicle and what we should look for. Thank you for taking the time to talk with us!
Brad and Faith’s team are top notch. I’ve had my camper into their shop several times for various reasons. They always try to take into account your camping season and make repairs in a timely manner so you don’t miss a trip if at all possible. When parts aren’t readily available, creating delays, they communicate that. I highly recommend Atlantic RV for your units repairs.
My AC went out the day before a planned trip out of state and we had to cancel…temps were expected to be in the upper 90’s and staying in an oven for 4 days is not appealing to me at all. I contacted Atlantic RV the very next day because we have reservations in the very near future and did not want to cancel that trip also. I can’t say enough good things about Atlantic. We are relatively new RVers - been 4 years now. They’ve done warranty work (Good Sam) and now insurance work and they make the process so streamlined. Faith & Darnell take the headache away. They stay in touch and they are very transparent about how things are going to go, and are going to go. They all do a fantastic job and go above and beyond.
