Muy bello lugar, sin embargo el edificio es sumamente inseguro y el quedmanagement es poco responsable y eficiente, las cámaras solo tienen registro de 2 días por lo cual es muy complicado hacer un chequeo para buscar respaldo de las irregularidades que se dan, en específico mi coche sufrió un rayón y después de 1 mes de denunciado el hecho, fue que me contactaron para decirme que el registro gráfico solo permanece 2 días, sin contar la cantidad de días que se daña el ascensor, especialmente la unidad 104, tiene grandes prob... read more
Safe, efficient , and friendly boutique condominiums. Good quality construction. However, single elevator frequently is inoperable for long stretches of time. Also, the lobby call box has been stuck and not working off and on for over 9 year, making receiving parcels and guests complicated at best, or impossible at worst.
