Horrible company. They supposedly restored my relative's home after a home fire. This company did a horrible job. No enough insulation in the walls. Did not install exhaust pipe or roof vent for toilet ventilation. Inadequate flooring beam support, etc...the list goes on. If you get work done by these people, pay to get your own inspection done. I hired Atlantic back in March 2024 after water situation. They came in for clean up and was going to have them do the work. They did demolition on my house which was 2 family. I paid them partial payment to start along with insurance deductable. Three hours after giving them check get email from owner they were not going to continue working. WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE HIRING THIS COMPANY. I had an electrical fire at my house 10/15/23. Atlantic Restoration promised to get my house smoke/water damage free. Pull all necessary permits. Pack my contents and bring them to storage where they were to be inventoried and cleaned. First off - Kelsey did not fill out the demolition permit properly which led to a Stop Work Order on my home.
