Our family has been staying here for probably 30 years. We have always been well taken care of. Any concern you have, you tell them and they fix it. Recently, on our last vacation, just ended this past Saturday, July 18th, 2026, we lost our AC one afternoon late and had to call the office after hours. It was like 5:20 pm but by 9:30 pm the problem had been troubleshooted and the unit was fixed to accommodate the rest of our stay in comfort. Wonderful week at Myrtle Beach! Loved staying at the Land’s End Resort in an Ocean Walk rental condo. The unit was decorated nicely and very comfortable. Short walk to the ocean. The folks at Atlantic Realty were very helpful snd made the rental process very easy.
Some places just feel like home... and that's exactly what Lands End has become for our family. Year after year, we keep coming back because there truly isn't another place we'd rather stay in Myrtle Beach. Although we’ve stayed oceanfront at Land’s End many times this was our first villa near the pool and campground. We were apprehensive, but there wasn’t any noise or disturbances. 207 has a deep balcony with lots of furniture (it connects to the regular size balcony), and it gets no direct sun morning or evening - all pluses. The kitchen appliances could stand an update but all were functional. This unit is very comfortable and we had a wonderful stay!
If you like a laid back environment, and older condos, this place is for you. We do still enjoy it, our last trip was the first time we found food under the sleeper sofa, but most of the time no issues, changed ownership again, so time will tell, prices never go down, but up every year, we will continue to come, until they completely price us out.
