Renting in Brookfield, Wisconsin. Property is not kept up. It’s advertised as luxury living and it is way overpriced for what is available here.. The layout is awful. It is noisy and not well built. There are parts of the building where the electricity will go out, and you may have some electricity working in the same unit and then in other areas of the same unit it’s not working. When I arrive at the office there was advertisement for the place I rented with a lower price that they would not honor. The hours of operation are not convenient for tenants. The phones are poorly manned. The one person that you can talk to is very pleasant and professional. The maintenance gentleman is experienced yet old school. He tries but I believe they could do better.
