Do not use this company! there horrible. Emmitt wilson the sales rep stated that we would have a specific quote at the time of our move. he never explained they were a broker and never explained they were hiring another moving company to do the actual job. the hired a moving company called top moving usa. they are horrible. I have been communicating with Emmitt wilson on how poor their customer service is and he continues to say he will find a solution without actually finding a solution. Movers were fast and courteous picking up my stuff. Driver was absolutely hilarious. Packed everything well, nothing is as broken everything was labeled correctly.
