This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a facility. It was my first time here, and instead of anyone explaining the procedure or helping me, I was immediately told to leave in a very rude and unfriendly manner. Apparently, you are supposed to park on the street first, walk inside to check in, wait for them to call you, and only then come back and enter the facility. Jose's crew (Tacoma, WA) packed up our townhome for an international move and did fantastic work. We had several high-value items, and they made sure each one was carefully protected and packed. They spent the entire day with us, took their time, and nothing felt rushed. Highly recommend!
Have to back in off the street and that’s not bad but the employees are ignorant and rude. I would say refuse a load if you get one here.
