If your a truck driver, I would highly recommend not taking a load to this place, its just ridiculous, first off you have to back in of a active street were there is alot of traffic coming both ways, then you have to keep backing into one of the docks, with crap all other the place, its unbelievable that these receivers expect trucks to deliver yet they pull they stuff, we're in semi trucks with 53 ft trailers not box trucks, I would say do better, but they won't, so I would just reject a load coming here if your a o/o, I we... read more
Horrible experience! The people working here are unbelievably rude and arrogant. They clearly have no idea what customer service means. Every interaction felt unpleasant — they talk down to you and act like they’re doing you a favor. I’ll never deal with this company again, and I strongly recommend everyone else to stay far away!
Shipping or receiving starts at 9AM Sharp these place does not start earlier if you here for delivery or pick up must park on the road then walk into the shipping office and they will get you all the details you have to back from the road into there dock if you have 53dry van trailer you can do it….. good luck everyone…… be safe out there
This company the most unprofessional relocation cargo company I have ever dealt with. Don't expect anything to go smoothly and don't expect any quote to be final. I had a horrible experience working with Brenda and her team who assisted me in my move form London to USA.
