This was overall a great experience from start to finish. Greg and Leticia were great at communicating. The teams packing and delivering were very professional. With the team that was packing I had to reiterate multiple times how I wanted things to be done and had to keep an eye on them to make sure it was done that proper way, but they mostly did everything the way I asked them to. Our customer service coordinator Leticia Henry out of Houston was amazing. Her Communication was A+ and both ends of our international move were very well coordinated. The packing & unpacking teams were both friendly, efficient and careful. Have had some bad moving experiences, this was definitely not one of those. Will choose them again when needed.
Quick and simple move and all the staff were helpful and very responsive. My quote ended up being higher than what I paid since my shipment ended up weighing less and I was able to use a credit card without the extra fee. Highly recommend this company, especially through ATLAS and AAA as I did.
Tykiah and Larry were amazing at taking great care in the packages getting delivered. If I could give more stars I would they definitely deserve it
