I have two daughters who are patients here and this week one missed an appointment because her phone was acting up and the other one sat in the virtual room And they never attended her. They each where charged a 100 dollar missed appointment fee. Now they are both in crisis because they fell back on other payments. How is this helpful ? 100 $ is not a fee that’s a monthly payment!! These are young people surviving with school and work loads upon them. Where’s the compasión for patients?

Reign changed my life. The staff are compassionate, professional, and genuinely care about their patients. The environment is peaceful, and the therapy programs really work. I left feeling stronger, more confident, and with real tools to manage my mental health. Highly recommend

My experience with reign started with Morgan, who was loving and understanding of my situation. I never felt pressured in making the decision to seek help. Actually, i felt motivated and safe. She checked in with me the entire time while on my drive down from Texas. Upon arriving i was greeted by the staff. They helped with my bags, i was given a tour and introduced to the clients. My son is a patient right now there, but technically his not allowed to have his cell phone. I called the clinic a couple times, and Janifer said that she can't talk about my son, but she said that he is ok. Janifer explained to me that if I want to be involved in my son's treatment, he have to sign a document ( like a approval ). Some how my son got a clinic nurse (Jesus) cell phone,and called me asking me for my help, I spoke with him about the document ( and my son until I said, he never got to know about the document).
