Excellent customer service
We stayed at the Playhouse in Nags Head. The staff was not knowledgeable on the property when asked specific questions. Definitely needs to update photos of this property. Too much $$$$ for the quality of this property & it's maintenance. This property needs lots of attention. The house cleaners are lacking in several areas. The means in which they deliver linens for next occupants, is definitely not good, left outside a whole day prior to us leaving, unacceptable. Will definitely rethink this rental company..... before rent... read more
The flamingo do not rent please for the love of all things good and holy, do not rent this place. All the appliances were out of date and poor, cockroaches were literally everywhere. Looked unclean as if they didn’t bother to vacuum. There was poop looking stains in the drawers where the utinsils are. There were literally holes in the wall, the spent all this money on a cool mirror and TVs but they clearly don’t clean these rooms past the most basic amount possible.
