Less that one star. As noted by others, they see you in the Memorial ER as contractors, not as Memorial staff. You will never receive a bill nor will they bill your insurance co, but, you will get a letter or call from a collection agency on a past due bill you do not know about. Also I overpaid by accident and cannot get my money back as someone else has stated. Absolute Thieves ! I cannot understand how HCA and Memorial Medical University Center can maintain a relationship with these people.

Patient BEWARE! They will send your account to collections without sending a bill or trying to contact the patient. Plus they didn't even bother sending it to the insurance provided at time of service. If you have a pulse and half a brain you can work for this company. Shady business!!

I wouldn’t even leave one star but had to leave at lease 1 ....their billing SUCKS .... overpaid my bill by 1000 and they will not give my money back ! They are a bunch of habitual liars that I wouldn’t trust my dog with ! Even have proof of the over pay and they still won’t give it back . Been fighting them since October ......

I have recently been "accosted" with over 10 phone calls from Profit Services Group. They claim to be trying to collect a 5 year bill from Atlantic Radiology. I asked for but was not given, a copy of the bill, information about the service offered and more. I was screamed at, threatened and insulted by the "collection" agent" and I use this term with sarcasm. It was so horrific that I thought it was a scam. My experience was horrible. Atlantic Radiology Associates uses a third party billing company. This company refused to submit my bill to my secondary insurance company despite the fact that my secondary insurance company called Atlantic Radiology Associates while I was on the line and told them to submit the bill.They still refuse to submit the bill to the secondary insurance company. I have no choice but to pay the bill in order to avoid collection. They are rude, they do not return calls and they put you on perpetual hold. ... read more
