APS installed my security system 9 years. I have been 100% satisfied with their product and service. Any issues I have had over the years have been addressed promptly and courteously. When I have needed a service call, the APS tech arrived in a company vehicle wearing a shirt with the company logo. There is never any doubt that the tech works for APS. I've been with them for years. Customer service is the best. They let me know when my call list isn't up to date. Recently upgraded to cellular so I could get rid of my phone line and added the interactive service. Now I know when my kids come home from school as I get a text message.
