This is an update review since the Sale of the home, and PR Taxes are now completed: Ivette communicated very well and handled everything in a professional manner. I am located in the States, selling a PR property and Tax requirements is more complicated. Non PR residents are charged 15% tax at the closing table, I needed to submit a Tax Return/Planilla to Hacienda (Treasury) to request partial or full refund, the process is complicated.
