If I could give no stars I would! We are long time customers and always get late deliveries. We called 10 days ago, well before the snow storm and just today got propane delivered after requesting to speak to a manager. We called daily. They charged us before they even knew what was needed in the tank. We were told daily we were “on the list.” This is the most incompetent provider I’ve ever encountered. Tried to negotiate a pre buy with cash in hand (knowing what they charge at pocono lake and other customer's my price 2.19 ) lets just say i got a great deal at keystone . They kept 80 galloon of gas no credit pump out fees my ass they resell it plus it Took 4 weeks to get the equipment off my proerty. Poor management in my opinion they could do much better. Felt disrespectful just blew me off call Lindsey later(my time isnt vauluable). How about lindsey will call you later?
I have had this company since moving here 15 years ago and I honestly would have no one else. They have helped me through some very difficult times and given me crucial information to get help when I desperately needed it. I trust them implicitly. I feel they may have even saved my life!! I was getting sick for years and didn't know the cause. They came to check my furnace and smelled something and checked my stove. They found it was leaking carbon monoxide! Thank you guys
I called thier office for a propane delivery today as I was working around the house and with in a hour a very nice looking truck showed up. So I went outside to greet the driver that showed up and he introduced himself as Ryan. He was very kind and courtesy. He told that I was scheduled for automatic delivery and as he was here he check to make sure everything was in good working condition. I'm glad that I have a propane provider that looks out for their customers.
