This company used to be amazing in the early 2000s. However, over the years, the upkeep wasn't maintained as well as it should have been, IMHO. It could have grown massively if ISO 9001 was implemented and other policies and practices to increase it's care, respect and dignity to its employees, management and clients. This company does not care about their employees and and they come off as dictators. They have no respect regardless of whether or not the circumstances are in your own control or not. It would be better to work at a fast food restaurant in realistic comparison. I would highly recommend for clients going with NPSS or East Coast Security for their security needs.
