I went to Carolina Pool Technologies to drop off a dolphin pool vacuum to see if it can be repaired. Upon dropping it off, they asked for my name, address and phone number and said they would let me know. They called a few days later and said the repair would cost $372 approximately ($125 for labor and the rest for parts). That was too much for me. So I went to pick it up. The staff was amazing they sent a guy out to teach me about my new pool and they had everything I needed to get the pool in great running shape The lady at the front desk did a water test and gave me the complete run down about what I needed to get the water to the perfect balance These guys really know pools I will definitely be going back for any and all things regarding my pool
I would give these guys a zero if I could. Pool has never been in worse shape than since this company touched it over two years ago.
