Trying to keep to the facts here. They are building on a property in our community. They wake us up on Saturday and Sunday with their loud machines. Their workers are out there playing loud music, yelling to each other, and cursing can be heard in a neighborhood with many young families. To try to resolve these issues, I tried calling the number listed on their sign (which said it was disconnected), and the number on their website (which said they are fully booked and won't take calls unless you're a current customer). Update: 10 years later (since 2014) after initial review and they are still going strong and if anything they got even better. The owner is super involved and cares about his clients. Very happy customer for many years now. Great owners, great service, really happy. I shopped all over for the best service provider that seem to care about their customers. These guys are the best. Can’t say I’ve ever used this company before however an associate of mine was supposed to have a huge darty the opening day. He’s been back and fourth with this company and they’ve claimed they will come that next day first thing in the morning to come clean the pool. It’s now been 3 weeks and they’ve yet to do so. I understand an a company can be busy in the spring but it’s a 15 year long loyal customer and they can’t even preform a simple task.

Been using this business for around 15 years now, had a couple minor issues but nothing out the blue, but our pool was supposed to be open and ready to use by Monday but they were behind so my pool wasn’t ready to be used till almost a week after, kinda annoying because they kept saying after each day there coming tomorrow but they never did untill Finnally almost a week later, and still they have to come back tomorrow to Finnish cleaning it.
