Disappointed in many ways. I was booked for a service. Serviceman was to call a day before to confirm a time. That did not happen. I called on the day of the booked service to be told that it was booked for a different day. I cancelled and asked for a refund of the call out fee, which was promptly taken when I booked. I was told that I needed to come in person to get a refund, which I contested. The person I was talking to hung-up while I was talking. Very unprofessional.
Atlantic have amazing customer service, Brett and the team are awesome to deal with and always approachable.
