You can hear EVERY SINGLE STEP your upstairs neighbor takes both human & dog/cat. Do NOT lease a ground floor unit at Atlantic pointe. Management does nothing to make things right. Floors are uneven and old. It is extremely hard to live in peace.

Well-maintained apartment complex. Very quiet and sucluded. Loved my time living here.
EDIT: Super nosey neighbors, it’s unfortunately made my stay extremely uncomfortable as i feel i am being watched. For 2600-2900 a month, beware
