Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a supply house and I’m a contractor. We purchased a pot filler, faucet, soap dispenser and drain from Atlantic. All California faucets, so nothing cheap. We’ve had nothing but issues and Atlantic flat out refused to do anything. The pot filler had to be replaced three times. Not once, THREE times, due to leaking issues right out of the box. Which we had to pay for. The faucet is a complete piece of crap and was replaced twice. It wobbles and is loose. Jeff and Collin are the absolute best! They were extremely helpful with helping me find the right part I needed in a pinch. Every time I come here the both of them go above and beyond and provide exceptional quick service. I will continue to come back anytime I need plumbing material just because these two guys are behind the counter. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you Jeff and Collin keep up the great work!
