Had a terrible experience with monthly parking at 2000 14th St N Garage managed by Atlantic Parking. A leaking pipe above my spot left permanent rust damage on my car. Management ignored my claim for weeks, and their voicemail was full. Only got a response after going through SpotHero. After all that, they denied my claim with a weak excuse that I would be going in and out the garage and that the damage could have been somewhere else (which is obvious with - monthly parking pass). The doors were closed, and no one answered the doorbell; we needed to pick up our car. Then, someone dropping off their car scanned their ticket, and the doors opened, allowing us to enter. Once inside, we scanned our ticket, but the door did not open, and we were stuck. A long time later, a security guard appeared and opened the door for us, cursing because it was the worst day for them. Locked us out from the garage because it shuts at 7. No help to get to our car. Who closes a parking garage?
