The doors were closed, and no one answered the doorbell; we needed to pick up our car. Then, someone dropping off their car scanned their ticket, and the doors opened, allowing us to enter. Once inside, we scanned our ticket, but the door did not open, and we were stuck. A long time later, a security guard appeared and opened the door for us, cursing because it was the worst day for them. Locked us out from the garage because it shuts at 7. No help to get to our car. Who closes a parking garage?
