IN one word AWFUL!!!! I was billed for "a surgical; procedure" vs a doctor's apt with my insurance and was billed 331.16 in addition to my $25 co pay (all I should have been billed). I spoke to billing Jennifer, and she said I had to talk to insurance as I hadn't "met my deductible". I had a visit this morning (with X-ray in hand and report that my wrist is still fractured", and the REFUSED to see me until I paid them 300$!!!
