Awful experience with the reception/front desk and office manager "Dottie". I'm a new client and you'd think the staff would be a little more proactive and professional trying to make a good first impression, but that was not the case. 1) They never confirmed my appointment (verbally). IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS FOR THIS OFFICE, I WOULD. My Spouse and I were scheduled months ago for today's appointment 02/12/25. Being that it snowed ( all schools were closed ) and it was listed on many AtlantiCare Office sites that there was an hour delayed opening; I called at 8:45 a. Over the years they have proven time and time again that this practice does not care about their patients. Point 1. One of the doctors told me I do not have a gallbladder problem, next thing I was in the hospital with pancreatic almost died with that one. 2. I got covid and Offshore didn't prescribe the antiviral meds that the cdc recommendation. With my bad lungs it was highly recommended. 3. I would just like to say thank you so much to all the staff at Urgent Care in Somers Point. My mom could not walk or stand and she was is so much pain. The staff was absolutely amazing with her and got her a wheelchair because she could not stand or walk.The pain was unbearable and my mom was so embarrassed but they made her feel so welcomed.
