This place was a complete and utter dissapointment..it has a very misleading website,it is over priced,when ya ask for a specific room and pay for it 3 months in advance and still get a double queen room,the FREE BREAKFAST?? U could suck the eggs thru a straw no wonder it was free..the only part enjoyable was the boat tour the rest was horrible ..we traveled down rte one to rockland Maine and had a better place,half the price and the most awesome people that owned it that were awesome so beware of this place
