Quality Customer Service is key in business today, and I cannot extend enough compliments about the quality service we received. We had a large group going to & from Miami for a cruise. Original review and update below : They Confirmed via email 2 times for my 3am airport pickup then never showed up. Called service line 3 times, voicemail every time. Very disappointed. Was extremely fortunate that one Uber 15 min away that accepted ride. Good news, it’s half the price of car service, bad news, I’m now 35 min late..... hope the company makes this right somehow....
