The people at Atlantic Ocean Transportation are great. Everyone I have encountered from the drivers to the reservations and dispatch staff have always been very professional and responsive. The system for booking is efficient and the one time that there was an issue in the last 5 years I have been using the service they immediately responded and had great service recovery. The service with Atlantic Ocean Transportation was truly wonderful. The vehicle was clean, professional looking, the driver was amazing, in professional attire, very courteous and on time. Samir was awesome, responsive and helped me out moving my son from the JAX airport to his apartment in Tallahassee. This is not an easy journey for a 18yo esp when you cant rent a car! Samir helped out and gave me great comfort he would have my son and take care of him.
